Capturing Leads From Your Website
A public form — shareable link or embeddable snippet — that creates a Lead automatically, no manual entry required.
What it is
A public, unauthenticated web form unique to your organization. Anyone who fills it in and submits creates a new Lead in your account automatically — no login, no manual typing on your end.
How to set it up
- Go to Settings → Lead Capture Form.
- Set a headline and description (what visitors see).
- Copy the shareable link to send directly (in an email, a WhatsApp message, a social post), or copy the embed snippet and paste it into your own website's HTML to show the form inline.
- Toggle it off any time you want to stop accepting new submissions — the link and embed keep working, they'll just show nothing until you turn it back on.
What happens on submission
Each submission becomes a new Lead with source "Website Form", status New, and a score calculated the same way as any other lead (see How Lead Scoring Works). A basic spam guard (a hidden field real visitors never see, plus a submission rate limit) filters out most automated bot spam without adding a CAPTCHA for real visitors to fight through.
