How much does Allsorts CRM cost in South Africa?
Plans start at R99/month for Starter (5 users, 50 contacts & deals), R129/month for Growth (10 users, 100 contacts & deals), and R399/month for Scale (unlimited everything). All prices are in ZAR — no US dollar invoices or foreign transaction fees.
How do I pay?
Billing runs through PayFast, South Africa's own payment gateway, so you can pay by card or EFT the same way you would with any local service.
Is there a free trial?
Every workspace starts with a 14-day trial with every feature unlocked — unlimited users, contacts, deals, and invoices & quotes. No card required to sign up. Pick a plan whenever you're ready.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays exactly as it is — nothing is deleted. Creating new contacts, deals, and documents pauses until you choose a plan, so you're never locked out of what you've already built.
Does every plan include the Invoice & Quote Studio?
Yes. Starter includes 25 invoices & quotes per month, Growth includes 75/month, and Scale is unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there's no annual lock-in. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
