Linking QR Code Pro to Your CRM Records
Attaching a QR Code Pro link to a contact, company, or deal.
What this feature is
A small "Attach QR Code" reference you can add to any contact, company, or deal — a label plus a QR Code Pro URL, so anyone opening that record can see the associated QR code.
Why it's useful
If you're already using QR Code Pro (same company, same account family) for trackable QR codes — on a storefront, a business card, an invoice — attaching that link to the relevant CRM record keeps everything about that relationship in one place, instead of the QR code living in a separate tool with no connection to the customer it's for.
When to use it
Any time a contact, company, or deal has a real-world QR code associated with it — a print campaign tied to a specific client, a business card QR for a key contact, a storefront code linked to a company record.
How to attach one
- Open a contact, company, or deal's detail page.
- Use the Attach QR Code section to paste in a label and the QR Code Pro URL.
- It appears on the record from then on, with a link back to QR Code Pro.
What this isn't: this is a manual reference, not a live sync — it doesn't pull scan analytics or auto-import codes from QR Code Pro. If you don't have a QR Code Pro account yet, there's an upsell link in Settings pointing you to it.
