White-Labeling Your CRM (Scale Plan)
Replacing the Allsorts CRM name with your own on your custom domain.
What white-labeling is
Setting a custom "app name" that replaces "Allsorts CRM" throughout the interface — the login page, browser tab title, and sidebar — whenever your team accesses the system via your verified custom domain.
Why it's gated to a custom domain
White-labeling only makes sense together with a custom domain — showing your own app name on a URL that still says "allsortscrm" somewhere would be inconsistent. The two are designed to work as a pair: your domain, your name.
When to use it
Once your custom domain is verified and working (see Custom Domains: What, Why, When, and How) — white-labeling is the finishing touch on top of that, not a separate setup step.
Who has access
White-labeling is included on the Scale plan only (Starter and Growth don't include it), and unlocked for everyone during the 14-day trial so you can preview it before deciding.
How to set it up
- Confirm your custom domain is verified (Settings → Domain).
- Go to Settings → Branding and fill in the White-label app name field — this is disabled with an upgrade note if your plan doesn't include it.
- Leave it blank at any time to fall back to the default "Allsorts CRM" name.
