Your Booking Page

A personal link where anyone can book time on your calendar directly, no back-and-forth over email.

What this is

A single link — Settings → Booking Page — where anyone can see your genuinely open times and book a slot themselves. It's yours alone; every teammate gets their own link with their own hours.

Why it's worth setting up

"When are you free?" is a conversation that takes four emails and three days when it could take one click. A booking page removes the back-and-forth entirely: you set your hours once, and every open slot is always accurate because it checks your real bookings before showing anything.

Setting your hours

  1. Go to Settings → Booking Page.
  2. Add one or more windows — day of the week, start time, end time. "Tuesdays 9–12" and "Thursdays 2–5" are two separate windows.
  3. Set your meeting length, how much notice you need (so someone can't book a slot 10 minutes from now), how far ahead people can book, and a buffer if you want breathing room between meetings.
  4. Turn the page Live and copy your link.

Sharing it

Put it in your email signature, send it in a WhatsApp message, drop it into a proposal. Anywhere you'd otherwise say "let me know what time works" — send the link instead.

What happens when someone books

  • The slot is locked immediately so nobody else can grab it.
  • You get a notification, in the app and by email if you have that turned on.
  • A task is created on your due date, so it shows up in your normal task list and calendar view alongside everything else.
  • If the person's email matches an existing contact, a meeting note is added to that contact's activity timeline — the booking becomes part of their history automatically.
  • The guest gets a confirmation email with a calendar link and a way to cancel if their plans change.

Cancelling

Anyone who booked can cancel using the link in their confirmation email — no login needed. Cancelling frees the slot immediately and removes the placeholder task; if it was tied to a contact, a note is added recording that they cancelled.

What it doesn't do yet

  • No sync with an external calendar (Google, Outlook) — availability comes purely from the hours you set and the bookings already made through this page. A meeting booked elsewhere won't block a slot here.
  • No per-date overrides — it's a fixed weekly pattern. For a one-off day off, the simplest option is turning the page off temporarily.
  • One meeting length per page. For a different kind of meeting needing a different duration, that's a page-wide setting to change, not multiple booking types side by side.
