Upgrading or Changing Your Plan

How to move between plans, and what happens to your data when you do.

What changing plans does

Moving to a different tier changes your usage limits (users, contacts, deals, documents/month) and feature access (custom domain, white-labeling) immediately — it does not touch any existing data.

Why upgrades don't require anything on your side

The system checks your current plan's limits live against your actual usage — there's no manual data migration or reconfiguration needed when you move up a tier. Downgrading below your current usage (e.g. dropping to Starter with 80 contacts) doesn't delete anything either; it simply blocks *new* records of the type you're over the limit on until you're back under it or upgrade again.

When to upgrade

When you're hitting a limit — a blocked contact, deal, or document creation with an upgrade message is the clearest signal — or proactively once you know your team or volume has outgrown your current plan.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose a plan and subscribe via PayFast.
  3. Your new limits and features apply as soon as the subscription is active.

If you need a plan change handled directly rather than through checkout — for example a manual upgrade agreed with Allsorts Web Designers — this can also be applied on your account directly by the platform team.
